手動で、xcodeやandroidstudioを入れる。flutterもインストールした状態。
おもむろにflutter doctorしたら、なんかxcodeでwarning? してる。
結論
CocoaPodsをhomebrewで入れるとよいようだ。

途方にくれる。。。
いろいろやって、rubyのバージョンが違うのかと入れ直すなどする。
結果、こちらを参考にbrewで入れる。
