Windows 10 を再インストールしたので、Scotch Box を再構築しようとしたら、以下のようなエラーが出て先に進めない。どうも、box ファイルがダウンロードできないようです。

ログインが必要なのかと思い、Atlas account を作って、vagrant login しても、状況変わらず
調べていたら、vagrant up するには、Visual Studio C++ 2010 の再頒布可能パッケージが必要らしい。
インストールしたら、アッサリ動いたという話。
