なぜコレを作ったか既に忘れてしまいましたが、Intel Threading Building Blocks(TBB)のダミー実装です。Boost Software Licenseで公開します。
TBBを利用できない開発環境でも、無理やりTBB使用コードをコンパイルしたいときに使えます（tbb::flowなど一部機能は対応しません）。当然シングルスレッド動作にしかなりませんよ！
