ServiceNow error Workflow Validation / unattached transition(s)

以下のエラーがWorkflow実行時に出た。

This workflow contains 2 unattached transition(s). Unattached transitions cause the workflow to hang and never complete. In the workflow version form, select the cited activity from the Workflow Activities related list. In the From: Workflow Transition related list, delete any transition that does not have a To reference.

これの解消法として、
Workflow Activities　の関連リストにあるWorkflow Transitionの中身にカラ参照レコードが存在するので、該当するレコードを削除すると動作するようになる。
