4.6.3にしたら急にご機嫌斜めです。

こんな感じでスプラッシュ画面を表示するところで落ちるようになってしまいました。

対処

下記３つのファイルをDelete -> Remove Referencesで削除

• LaunchScreenImage-Landscape.png
• LaunchScreenImage-Portrait.png
• LaunchScreen.xib

その後、Targetの「Unity-iPhone」を選択し「Info」タブを選択。「Custom iOS Target Properties」の中にある「UILaunchStoryboardName~iphone」キーを削除。
