SSTableごとの統計情報を確認するのに、sstablemetadataコマンドはとても有用(って思ってる、個人的に)

でも、Apache Cassandraドキュメントでは以下のように記載されてるので、Apache Cassandra稼働中の実行は遠慮したほうが良い...。

Cassandra must be stopped before this tool is executed, or unexpected results will occur. Note: the script does not verify that Cassandra is stopped.

出力レポートの出力例と説明は Apache Cassandraのドキュメントが詳しいけど、ちょっと補足...

Countっていうのがわかりにくいけど、以下の例だと、258バイトの行が20000行、5セル構成の行が20000行、っていうことで、Countのところがサイズだったりセル数だったりする。
