ボックス化は値型を参照型objectのメンバにして参照型として扱えるようにすること
ボックス化解除はボックス化で生まれた参照型objectのメンバのコピーを取り出すこと
値型を参照型で扱う必要がある場合にコンパイラによって行われる
どちらの処理も負荷が高いので避けた方がいいらしい
