Accessでデータシートビューフォームの特定カラムを非表示に

概要

例えば下記のようなデータシートビューのフォームがある。

idカラムをユーザーに見せないようにしたい。

idカラムはイベントで使用する値を保持しているので、『消す』のではなく『非表示』にしておきたい。

そんな時。

やり方

右クリック ⇒ フィールドの非表示 。

フィールドの再表示も可。

『可視』というパラメータはデータシートには反映されない

書式に『可視』というパラメータがある。
これを『いいえ』にしてもデータシート上で非表示にはならない。

『可視』は単票フォームなど用のパラメータ。
