『tmux.conf 反映されない』で検索すると『前のセッションが残っているのでpsでpid調べてkillコマンドで消しましょう』といった記事が何故か出てくるが、tmux kill-sessionで消せます。
動いているセッション全部消す
tmux kill-session -a
