Gemfileに下記の用に入力して、bundle installを実行する。
gem 'devise', github: 'plataformatec/devise', branch: 'rails4'
インストールされる場所は、普通にgemからインストールしたライブラリとは少し違い、
指定したパスのbundler内にcloneされている。
例)
./vendor/bundler/ruby/2.0.0/bundler/gems/
