オプションキーを押すと検索/置き換えバーの「All」の部分が「All in Selection」に変化します。
ちなみに矩形選択状態では駄目で、通常の選択状態でないとうまく働かないようです。
残念ながらショートカットキーで実行する方法は見つけられませんでした。
