クローリング＆スクレイピングに関した本で、
wgetコマンドでダウンロードしたはずの
ファイルや画像が見つからない点、
Appendix（付録）通り作成した「vagrant」フォルダを
以下のようにする必要がありました。
$ cd /vagrant ＃保存先をvagrantフォルダに指定
vagrant $ wget http://___ ＃本通りに入力
（ちなみに、OSはwindows10)
