Guest Additionsをインストールする

Guest Additionsをマウントする

実行する

$ cd /media/`username`/VBox_GAs_0.0.0/
$ sudo ./VBoxLinuxAdditions.run

vboxsfグループへユーザー追加する

$ sudo gpasswd -a `username` vboxsf

共有フォルダを設定する

フォルダのパスにはwindowsのフォルダ
フォルダ名は自動入力される
マウントポイントはubuntuのディレクトリ
