AzureAD登録、Microsoft365登録とか時に携帯でAuthenticator検証を行っています。
そのユーザーを携帯上削除されました。（携帯を機種変更時も同じと思います。）PCの検証が通らずログインができなくなります。その解決方法は、
・管理権限のユーザーで管理画面に登録する
・該当ユーザーを選択して、プロファイル画面を開く
・パスワードをリセットすればいいです。検証方法からでもいいです。
