音声合成で しゃべらせる バッチファイル

とりあえず しゃべらせる。
以下のファイルをダブルクリックで実行。
文字化けするときは UTF-8 じゃなく Shift-JIS (ANSI) で保存。
(Windows10, Window7 等)
