この記事で使用したWebcamはLogicoolのC270

#Webcamで設定可能な解像度やフレームレートを調べる方法

準備

$ sudo apt install v4l-utils

v4l2-ctl --list-formats-ext を使う。
この解像度とフレームレートの組み合わせだとWebcamから取得した後で変換しなくてすむ。

$ v4l2-ctl --list-formats-ext
