$ conda install opencv で Ver3.4.2 ならインストールできた 2019年 4月

Anaconda に OpenCV インストールするのに，
以前はできなかったと記憶している

$ conda install opencv

でもインストールできてしまいました嬉（ちなみにホスト OS は Windows 7 と Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS）
ただし Version 3.4.2 でした泣

最新版 4.1.0 には従来どおり

$ conda install -c conda-forge opencv
