iOS9でAngularJSを使っている時に"10 $digest() iterations reached. Aborting!"が発生した

状況

iOS8で動いていたアプリをiOS9のシミュレータで動かしたらログにエラーが吐かれた

解決策

このパッチを利用する。

https://github.com/angular/angular.js/issues/12241
上のissueを読むとUIWebViewのみでWKWebViewなら問題ないらしい。
が、Cordovaを使っているとUIWebViewを使わざるを得ない。
