テーマが保存されているディレクトリへ移動する。
cd C:\Bitnami\apps\redmine\htdocs\public\themes -
farend fancy をcloneする。
git clone https://github.com/farend/redmine_theme_farend_fancy.git

設定 -> 表示 -> テーマ を変える。
