シェルの設定ファイルに1行追加するだけ(以下はMacOSの場合)
export BUNDLER_EDITOR="/Applications/RubyMine.app/Contents/MacOS/rubymine"
当たり前だけどEDITORにRubyMineを指定してしまうと、gitとかtigでエディタを使う操作をするときに困るので注意
