JSONをsObject型に変換するために必要な知識

List<Object> results = (List<Object>)JSON.deserializeUntyped(response.getBody());

deserializeUntypedメソッドは、文字列型を受け取ってObject型を戻します。
Object型はObject型のListにキャストすることができます。

for(Object result : results){
    Map<String, Object> equipment = (Map<String, Object>)result;
}

1要素ずつ取得すると、型のMapにキャストすることができます。
Mapなので、valueをgetしてsObjectの項目に入力することが出来ます。
