　結論

手動でライブラリをリンクすればよい

具体的な方法

1. xcodeでプロジェクトを開く
2. Libraries -> Add Files to [プロジェクト名]
3. node_modules / react-native-svg / ios / RNSVG.xcodeprojを追加
4. プロジェクト名をクリックして、Generalの中〜下段にある Linked Frameworks and Libraries に libRNSVG.aを追加
