マスターノードのTaintを外す。
oc adm taint node <node-id> node-role.kubernetes.io/master:NoSchedule-
または：
kubectl taint node <node-id> node-role.kubernetes.io/master:NoSchedule-
Taintが外れたかどうかを確認。
oc get node <node-id> -o yaml | yq e .spec -
Taintが外れない場合
デフォルトスケジューラでmastersSchedulable: falseに設定されている可能性がある。
oc get schedulers cluster -o yaml | yq e .spec.mastersSchedulable -
mastersSchedulable: false
...
これでマスターノードにもスケジューリングされるようになる。
oc patch schedulers cluster --type=merge -p '{"spec":{"mastersSchedulable":true}}'
