Windows 10のPowerToysのFancyZones利用時に画面がちらつく場合の対応方法

Windows 10のPowerToysには、FancyZonesというウインドウの配置レイアウトを管理する機能がありますが、この機能を使用する際に一部の環境では画面のちらつきが発生する場合があります。もし画面のちらつきが発生した場合は、以下の手順で事象を解消できる場合があります。

手順

１．「ディスプレイの詳細設定」をクリックする

２．各ディスプレイのリフレッシュレートを「60.000 Hz」に変更する（あるいは接続されているディスプレイが対応するリフレッシュレートに合わせる）
