Github actions + windows-latest で cmake で Visual Studio 16 2019 could not find any instance of Visual Studio.

背景

Github Actions で windows-latest で

cmake -G "Visual Studio 16 2019"

としていたら could not find any instance of Visual Studio. と出るようになった.

原因

windows-latest だとなんか勝手に Visual Studio のバージョンを変えていて, ある日突然 VS2019 を扱わなくなったっぽい.

めんどいですね...

解決

VS 2022 を指定するようにする.

VS2019 を使いたい場合

microsoft/setup-msbuild を追加すれば治ると思われる.
