XGen hair の width を Alembic でエクスポートして cyhair に変換する

XGen の hair(curve)データの per-vertex width は, Alembic export 時に Write Final Width チェックを on にすることで Alembic curves に width 情報がつくことを確認しました.
(Maya 2018 Update 5)

Alembic curves から width 情報を読んで cyhair thickness に変換する機能を追加しました.
