rsyslogサーバの冗長化ができるようになるActionExecOnlyWhenPreviousIsSuspendedですが
udp転送だと使用できないので注意してください。
以下rsyslog.confの例です。
次のものはNGとなります。

$ActionExecOnlyWhenPreviousIsSuspended on
& @slave1:5140
$ActionExecOnlyWhenPreviousIsSuspended off
こちらはOKです。

*.* @@master:5140
$ActionExecOnlyWhenPreviousIsSuspended on
& @@slave1:5140
$ActionExecOnlyWhenPreviousIsSuspended off
