まず、Herokuにログイン
$ heroku login
ディレクトリ配下のファイルをコミット対象にする
$ git add *
コミット
$ git commit -m "Release to heroku"
ローカルのmasterブランチをリモートリポジトリherokuへpushする
$ git push heroku master
アクセス
$ heroku open
