ELECROW 11.6インチディスプレイ モニターは、HDMIでRaspberry-Piと接続できますが、そのままだと、上下左右に隙間（デッドスペース）ができてしまいます。解決方法を以下に示します。
前提条件

設定内容の確認
/boot/config.txtにディスプレイの設定があります。
28,29行目の２つのパラメータを設定すれば良いようです。
/boot/config.txt

設定ファイルの編集
このディスプレイは、最大1920*1080ですが、購入先のアマゾンでの商品説明を見ると、1366*768を推奨しているようなので、推奨解像度で設定します。
推奨解像度：1366 * 768
最大互換性解像度：1920 * 1080
設定は、RPiconfigを参照して行いました。
hdmi_groupにはCEAとDMTという2つの規格に沿った設定が可能のようで（CEA=1、DMT=2）、CEAはTV出力をするとき、DMTはPC用ディスプレイに出力するときに設定する、と考えてよいらしいです。今回は、PC用ディスプレイになるので、DMT=2を設定します。
hdmi_modeは、解像度の設定のようです。

一番最後の行にある「hdmi_mode=86」が今回の設定値となります。
以下のように編集してセーブします。

再起動
再起動します。
