既知のエラーデータベース(KEDB : Known Error DataBase)

　既知の誤りに関する情報を格納するデータベースを、一般に、既知のエラーデータベース(KEDB : Known Error DataBase)という。KEDBは、問題管理によって作成され、インシデント管理及び問題管理において、新たに発生した問題が過去に発生した問題かどうかの確認に用いられるデータベースである。
