dockerチュートリアルでnpmエラー

Docker document Quickstart part2でエラーが発生
$ docker build --tag bulletinboard:1.0 .の部分で

Node.jsとnpmを直接インストール
インストール方法
インストールあと以下のサイトで設定
Node.jsのPath（パス）を確認する方法【初心者向け】
あとコントロールパネル＞システム＞アドバンスドシステム設定(左下）>環境変数>システム変数のpathを編集してC:\Program Files\nodejs\を追加(自動でできてるかも）

##やったこと2
bulletin-board-appファイル内のpackage-lock.jsonファイルを削除して
$ docker build --tag bulletinboard:1.0 .を実行

まだエラー出ていたので、dockerfileの5行目にRUN npm cache verify

FROM node:current-slim

WORKDIR /usr/src/app
COPY package.json .
RUN npm cache verify
RUN npm install 

EXPOSE 8080
CMD [ "npm", "start" ]

COPY . .

$ docker build --tag bulletinboard:1.0 .

もっとNode.jsやらの知識を身に着けてからの方がいい
