以下の設定で markdown がカラフルになります。
- Package Control で sublime-markdown-extended と sublime-monokai-extended をインストール
- .md を Open all with current extension as で Markdown Extended に設定。
- Preferences -> Color Scheme -> Monokai Extended のどちらか好きな方に設定。
