2015/6/1 より iOS 64 bit 対応が必須となりました。

そこで、もし 64 bit 対応をしていない (32 bit のみ対応) のアプリを審査に出した場合、どの段階で怒られるのか調べてみました。
アプリをアップロードするタイミングなのか、審査でリジェクトなのか…
結果
アプリをアップロードするタイミングでエラーになります。
Xcode の Organizer ウィンドウの Archives から、"Submit to App Store..." でアップロードしようとした所、以下のエラーでアプリの提出が出来ませんでした。

ERROR ITMS-90086: "Missing 64-bit support. Beginning on February 1, 2015 new iOS apps submitted to the App Store must include 64-bit support and be built with the iOS 8 SDK. Beginning June 1, 2015 app updates will also need to follow the same requirements. To enable 64-bit in your project, we recommended using the default Xcode build setting of "Standard architectures" to build a single binary with both 32-bit and 64-bit code.
もし、誤って 64 bit 対応していないアプリをアップロードしてしまっても、審査提出前にエラーになるので安心ですね。
