１： スケジューリングアルゴリズムとは
スケジューラが実行可能状態のどのタスクを選ぶのかを決める手順をスケジューリングアルゴリズムと言います。
優先度順：タスクに優先度をつけ、優先度の最も高いタスクを選ぶ方法である。
ラウンドロビン：タスクに待ち時間（タイムイライす）を設定し、待ち時間が経過すると次のタスクに順番を回す方法である。
タスク①→タスク②→タスク③→と順番にタスクを選ぶ。
到着順：実行可能状態になった順にタスクを選ぶ方法である。
