l2c hid デバイス コード10 でタッチパッドが操作できない事象

事象

数日前からタッチパッドが使えなくなっていることに気づきました（普段はマウス使ってる
設定を開いてもタッチパッドの項目がない状態…
いろいろググったところデバイスマネージャーのヒューマンインターフェイスデバイスでl2C HID デバイス がエラーコード10になっていました。

これの解消方法がいろいろググったことを試しましたが解消せず…

解消した方法

Ubuntuを停止して再起動

これで解消しました
普段Ubuntuを常時起動していて開発など行っていたためでした

この解消方法はどこにも載っていなかったので書いてみました
