vagrant upをすると、machin to bootで止まってしまいます。

VirtualBox 4.3.12の共有ファイルの同期がうまく行かず、VirtualBox 4.3.12をアンインストールして、
VirtualBox 4.3.14をインストールしなおしました。
MinGW　shellでvagrant upしましたが、machin bootのところで止まってしまいます。
VirtualBox　GUIではVirtualBox電源offとなっていたので「起動」しましたがエラーとなって起動できません。
ホストOSはWindows7 sp1です。

vagrant upで停止した時のメッセージは、
The guest machine entered an invalid state while waiting for it to boot.
Valid states are 'starting, running'.
The machine is in the 'poweroff' state.
Please verify everything is configured properly and try again.
です。

対処方法を教えてください。
