多言語対応のサービスでは開発中にテストのためにブラウザのロケールの切り替えを行うことがありますが、ブラウザの言語設定からではなくchrome devtoolで変更することもできます。
1. 開発者ツールを開き、メニュー→More tooles→Sensorsを選択
2. 変更したいエリアを選び、画面をリロードする
