画像サイズ: 2 MB 以下
アスペクト比: できるだけ 16:9 を使用する（YouTube プレーヤーやプレビューで最もよく使われるため）

フォトショでアスペクト比16:9にする方法

切り取りツール選択

右クリックでアスペクト比率を選択

画像の位置を調整

画像のサイズを2m以下にする方法

イメージ => 画像解像度

を選択
