経緯
- Twitterで作ったbotや公式アカウントで、Twitter APIを利用するためには、単にTwitter Developerアプリを作成すればよかった（電話番号いるけど）
- しかし2018年未明から、審査が必要になった
- 「将棋形勢判断」というゲームを作ったので、この問題を公式アカウントから定期ツイートしたかった
- そのTwitterアカウント
- 審査での入力に、アプリがTwitter APIsをどう使用するかを300字以上書く項目がある
- その場で思いつきの日本語をそのまま送ったが、落ちた
- ちゃんと送ろうと思ったが、手がかりがない
- 2回メールのやりとりをして通った（2019年1月時点）ので、文例を残す
- 1回目のメールでは不十分だった
- 2回目のメールはOKだった
文例
方針・気づいたことなど
- あんまり労力をかけたくない
- 英語ができないので、日本語で書いてからGoogle翻訳にかけて、ほぼそのまま出すことにした
- 日本語を読んでくれる可能性もあるから、両方併記した
- 先方の関心の対象は「Twitter内のコンテンツを使うなら、ユーザにどういう見せ方をするか」「ツイート、RT、いいねをどういう目的でおこなうか」だと思われる
- やる予定のない使い方についても、やらないとは断定しないで、「予定はない」と書く（将来、やる必要があってメールで断定したことから微妙に外れた時などに、嘘をつかないため）
- Google翻訳先生が英語に訳しやすそうな日本語を念頭に書く（ちょっと難しいなと思ったら普通に書く）
- 返信されたメールの中で先方は「あなたのプロダクトを説明する図や表などの資料があるなら、それを提示してほしい」とまで言っていたので、かなりプロダクトとTwitter APIのかかわりに関心があるようだった（あるいはロボットによる申請の判別を容易にするために説明させるたいのか）
- なので、Twitter API関係なく、自分でWebやモバイルアプリでログインしてやるであろうことも書いた

We do not plan to use Twitter APIs to retrieve some content from Twitter and display it on sites other than Twitter. I use Twitter APIs solely to tweet the information of me and my service.

If there is Twitter content in my service, it will be about putting a Twitter share button. You will place the buttons on a part of the menu of my service or in the corner on the screen. However, it is not done using Twitter APIs.
