具体的には、アプリはスクリーンショットとアプリのアイコンに単一の性別の写真 (女性) のみを使用して女性を対象としています。
作成したアプリのターゲットが男性と言うわけではないのですが、なんとなくスクリーンショットには女性が映っているものだけ使用してきました。
ただそれでも今までは一度も指摘を受けたことがなく、今回初めて上記のような内容のリジェクトがきたので少し驚いてしまった。
対応内容
男性が映っているスクリーンショットも加えることですんなりと解決

AppleやGoogleも多様性への配慮など色々と厳しくなってきているのは時代の流れなのかもしれませんね。
対応自体は簡単なのでそこまで問題にはならないかもしれませんが、時間の関係などでなるべくリジェクトを食らいたくない状況などではその辺りを意識しておくと良いかもしれません。
