外部からフォントをダウンロードする
（Defont.comや、UnityAssetStoreから）
Window->TextMeshPro->Font Asset CreaterのWindowを開く
Source Fontの欄に、ダウンロードしたもののうち、.otfもしくは.ttfファイルを入れる
（やりたければ設定をいじる）
Generateする
あとはTextのFontのところに、Generateしたものをいれればオッケー
