1803を適用後のWindows 10で.NET Framework 3.5を有効にする

事象

.NET Framework 3.5を使いたかったが、有効化しようとするとエラーが発生した

前提

  • Windows 10 (1803)
  • エラー(0x800f0954)が発生した ※必ずしも同一のエラーコードとは限らない

問題

Windows Update (1803)以降、WSUS(Windows Server Update Services)への接続でエラーになる模様

解決

  1. Windows Key + R → gpedit.mscを実行し、
  2. コンピューターの構成 → 管理用テンプレート → システム を開く
  3. オプションコンポーネントのインストールおよびコンポーネントの修復のための設定を指定する を編集する
  4. 有効にし、オプションでWindows Updateから〜直接ダウンロード を選択して適用
  5. Windows Key + R → cmdでコマンドプロンプトを立ち上げる
  6. gpupdate /forceを実行する（ローカルグループポリシーの更新）
  7. 3.5の有効化を再び実施する
