AppXAMLにリソースを定義すると全ての画面から共通で使用できる。
その中で製造していくのが一般的。

リソースは、x:keyで名前つけて定義する。

App.XAMLで定義されている共通のコントロールではなく、個別で使用したい！という時、Windows.Resourceで定義すれば使えるが、その画面（コントロール）でしか使えない。
