ios8から実装側ではあまり変わらないが、テスト方法が異なるようです。
今まで、GameCenterのサンドボックスへのログインは、ログアウト、ログインをすることでできました。
しかし、iOS8から、設定アプリのGameCenterの設定で、サンドボックスをONする必要がある。
ここで、設定してからアプリでログイン処理してください
