- 2023/4/4（日本時間） 従来のAPIが停止された、という報告がツイートされ始める。稼働しているという報告ツイートもあるので、特定のAPI（エンドポイント）が一斉に停止されたというより何らかの条件にあったユーザーなりアクセストークンが無効にされた可能性が考えられる。ただ、Enterprise API（たぶん有料）にも影響が出ているとのツイートもあるので、単なるバグや設定ミス等のトラブルの可能性も考えられる。
SocialDogの今朝からの障害は、突然Twitter社がAPIの利用を停止したことが原因です。

2023/4/5（日本時間） Gigazineが「Twitterは無料APIへのアクセスを遮断するだけでなくTwitterアカウントを利用した外部サービスへのログインも無効化している」という記事を掲載。TwitterのIDを利用したログイン（SSO＝シングルサインオン）が出来ないアプリやサービスが出始めてる模様。2023/2/2にYostar社は
「Twitter社からSSOには変わりはないとの回答を得た」とツイートをしていた。単なるバグや設定ミス等のトラブルの可能性も考えられる。

日本語で「ツイッター社」と記載されているが、回答したのが日本法人なのか米国本社なのかは不明。日本法人だとすると、米国本社と本当に（＝適切な人間と）確認が取れているのか、米国本社にちゃぶ台返しをくらう可能性がないのか、等懸念は残る ↩

2021年12月頃にEssentialレベル（最下位レベル）を取得。API V2を使ったtweepy（Python）プログラム（フォロー/フォロワーの取得、ツイート）で確認。なお、Twitterアカウントは非公開アカウント（いわゆる鍵付き）。自動化アカウントにはしていない。 ↩
