大学で役立つアプリを作ろう（お茶会第1弾）

今回はとてもシンプルにwebアプリを作成しました。
xamppで気象庁のAPIから東京の天気を出力し、データベースを使用し掲示板的な用途を追加しました。

設定情報

データベース名はbbs-yt,テーブル名はgdsc-table,要素はcomment(Text型)とpostData(Data型)の２変数。
ユーザ名はrootでパスワードは無しで設定。
