vi ~/.bashrcをターミナルに入力
開かれた.bashrcファイルの最終行に以下を追加
export PATH=$PATH':/path/to/add'
export GEM_HOME=$HOME/.gem
export GEM_PATH=$HOME/.gem
CTRL + C でコマンドモードへ(Type : quit < Enter > to exit vimが表示される)
ZZを入力(上書き保存して終了のコマンド)
Cloud9を再起動
