Python sklearnをインストール時のエラー対応

Pythonの機械学習の勉強のためsklearnをインストールしようとしたところ、以下のようなエラーが発生しました。
後半部分で解決した方法を記載しましたので、どなたかの役に立つと嬉しいです。

Scikit-learnパッケージのインストール中に問題が発生しているようなので以下の①～④を実行してみました。

①pipのバージョンを最新に更新する

pip install --upgrade pip

②PCの再起動
③scikit-learnをインストールする

pip install scikit-learn

④再度sklearnをインストールする

pip install sklearn

これで正常にインストールが完了しました。
