https://travis-ci.comに統一されるぽいですよ1。
これから、公開リポジトリでもプライベートでもどっちでも.comを使おう！ってことみたいですよ。
いままでのTravis
いままで、公開リポジトリはhttps://travis-ci.orgで、プライベートリポジトリはhttps://travis-ci.comで、orgなのかcomなのかで気をつける必要があって、すこし面倒でした。それが改善に向かうようです。

新しくリポジトリをアクティーベートするときは、公開でもプライベートでも.comの方を使ってねと言っています。新しい機能とかも.comの方で提供されていくみたいです。

.orgですでにCIしているリポジトリたち
ビルド履歴とかはしばらく.orgに残るらしく、もうすぐしたら.org=>.comのマイグレーション方法に関して、更新される的なことを言っているような気がします。
