AndroidWearアプリ開発など、１つのプロジェクトの中に２つ以上のModuleが入っていてその間で共通のクラスを利用した場合の手順です。
File>New Module>Android Library
今回はCommonという名前にしました。
次に
File>Project Strcture
からcommon moduleを利用したいmoduleを選択し
dependenciesタブ>+>Module Dependencies
からcommonを追加
